Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. I agree to provide keys/ make arrangements for keys for Georgia Parkes from Parkes Pets Services for the pet services appointment.

2. I authorise Parkes Pets Services to seek emergency vet attention should the need arise during time spent in Parkes Pets care. I understand every attempt will be made to contact me prior to seeking the emergency treatment. I accept the responsibility of the charges this may incur, and I also give permission to Parkes Pets to use an alternative veterinarian should mine be unavailable.

3. I agree to reimburse Parkes Pets for any emergency treatment, furthermore any unexpected visits which may incur in food, boarding or supplies needed at any time whilst in Parkes Pets care.

4. I will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the pet services provider or other persons caused by my pet/s. I agree to indemnify and hold blameless Parkes Pets in the event of a claim made by another person’s as a result of my pet/s.

5. If my dog is female, I will notify Parkes Pets Services when my dog is in season. During these times I understand that my pet will be walked alone for safety purposes and that this will incur the solo dog walking fee.

6. I agree to notify Parkes Pets of any concerns/complaints within 24 hours of any appointment.

7. I realise I must give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments or the full amount for the services will be payable.

8. I will settle the amount owing at the end of each week in which the services have been undertaken.

9. Where pet services are a regular arrangement over a period of time with no defined end, I and Georgia Parkes both agree to do a two week notice of termination of the agreement.

10. I am responsible for ensuring that my dog is up to date with their yearly vaccines, flea and tick treatments, and wormed regularly. I will ensure my dog is wearing an identification tag with my phone number on (this a legal requirement) when being walked by Parkes Pets. I understand I am responsible for disclosing to Parkes Pets any behavioural problems or tendencies that my pet may suffer from such as aggression, worrying other animals (including livestock), excessive pulling on the lead etc. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of said contract.

 

 

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out above, a copy of which are posted on the website at……………………… I hereby understand that I give consent for Georgia Parkes of Parkes Pets to proceed with the services as agreed, in accordance with my instructions and that (where applicable) I have entrusted her with a key to my property to be used only as agreed. The key will be returned on my request and I give permission for Georgia Parkes to seek veterinary attention should it be required for my pet while it is in her care (please note Georgia Parkes will try to contact as soon as possible in the event of an emergency via the contact details provided above).

 

Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible via text or telephone directly to Georgia Parkes on 07867 488976. In the unlikely event that Georgia Parkes should have to cancel a booking this will be done at the earliest opportunity via the contact telephone number listed above provided by the customer.
